A credit is a unit measuring usage of AI features on OctaX.vn, not money. Credits belong to the workspace (the organization/individual account holding the subscription).

Soonest-expiring credits are deducted first: promotional → plan → purchased.
Each request is charged by its actual AI cost: the request's AI cost divided by 900 ₫, rounded up, minimum 1 credit. Tasks over 10 credits show the estimate and wait for confirmation. The 900 ₫/credit rate is reviewed quarterly, with changes announced 30 days in advance.

Per-user plan credits are added to a shared pool. Admins set a maximum limit per person/month. Business plans share one pool.
Notifications when the pool is at 20% and 5%. Out of credits: new AI requests stop; data, MiniApps and non-AI features keep working until the end of the period.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another workspace or refunded when unused or expired.
Each code is single-use and has an activation deadline. 5 wrong attempts within 1 hour: card redemption is locked for 1 hour.
Every top-up and deduction is recorded and customers can view each request. Disputes accepted within 30 days; incorrect deductions caused by system errors are compensated with credits.
Effective from the date of publication on octax.vn. Adverse changes are announced 30 days in advance.
