Process
- Print a QR label for each material code (or each shelf location).
- The storekeeper scans the QR code with a phone to receive/issue goods, enters the quantity and photographs the documents.
- Stock updates instantly; below the minimum level, the purchaser is notified.
Master data
- Material catalog: code, name, unit, minimum stock level, location.
- Goods receipt / issue slips: date, handled by, project, material lines.
Use the Material inventory MiniApp software template right away — same data structure as above.
