Template code CAD-GDT12-01.

  • Overall size 47 × 28 × 13 mm, 7 mm thick base. Ø12 shaft bore with a Ø14 counterbore, 1.5 mm deep.
  • Mounts with 2 × Ø5.5 holes at 36 mm centers (M5 bolts).
  • Clamps the shaft with a 2.5 mm slot and one M4 screw: a Ø3.3 tap-drill hole for M4 on one side, a Ø4.2 clearance hole on the other. R4.5 screw-head seat.
  • Aluminum, general tolerances ISO 2768-m, weighs about 19.1 g.
  • Machining note: the wall between each Ø5.5 hole and the edge of the flange is only about 1.05 mm.
  • Modeled from drawing E-ENG-001. The flange tip height is derived from the 22.5° angle (≈ 3.8 mm). The 0.3 mm chamfer on the mounting holes and 0.4 mm on the clamp hole are assumptions.
  • The Ø12 shaft and M4×16 screw in the assembly file are for illustration only.
  • Need another size? Edit the parameters at the top of build_goi.py and run it with CadQuery, or ask the OctaX assistant.
